Head of Customer Support

As our Head of Customer Support, you will have one key objective: To continuously shape our customer support foundation and equip the team to effectively manage challenges, allowing us to reach key milestones.

Knowing what resources are necessary to achieve specific outcomes - and being able to effectively communicate it - is essential. Additionally, you will need to be able to set and manage clear KPIs for your support team, proactively identify and prevent challenges before they arise, and you need to be able to set up/automate various support channels (i.e., email, live chat, and social media).

Requirements

  • Experience in leading customer support teams
  • Crypto native
  • Willing to take full responsibility for the team
  • Open to work long-term (5-10 years or more) for the same organization

  • Located in the Netherlands (or EU)
  • Also willing to work on-site
