Chainflip is an efficient swapping protocol enabling users to exchange native assets across various blockchains with excellent pricing. We're aiming to become the largest on-chain market for BTC, ETH, SOL, and other major cross-chain routes, processing over $400M in trades during our initial months. We’re not just another bridge. Our protocol design bypasses the need for wrapped tokens. We employ MPC (Multi-Party Computation), specifically TSS (Threshold Signature Schemes), to create aggregate keys managed by a permissionless network of 150 Validators. These Validators control straightforward smart contracts/wallets termed Vaults on multiple blockchains concurrently. Besides, we've developed our own substrate-based application-specific blockchain — the Chainflip State Chain — for tracking balances, processing events, and executing instructions. Over the past 4 years, we've been tackling this exciting challenge with our growing team of 30. Based in Berlin, we promote flexible work rhythms, supporting both in-office collaboration and the freedom of remote work stints.

You'll help users navigate the complexity of using blockchains while devising innovative solutions.
