Arrakis aims to disrupt the current market-making industry by providing the infrastructure to enable every project in the world that wants to launch a token to benefit from non-custodial, trust-less, and automated on-chain market-making strategies. We envision a world where every organization, from small startups to large enterprises, will be tokenized and traded on-chain. Arrakis is developing the tools to create the necessary liquidity, allowing this token economy to rival and surpass the traditional financial industry.

The Role

As the Senior Web3 Business Development Manager, you will expand the Arrakis customer base by researching, networking, and engaging with top projects in the web3 industry. Your efforts will contribute to acquiring new Total Value Locked (TVL) for the protocol and positioning Arrakis as the largest decentralized market making protocol globally.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Scanning the web3 market for new partners and establishing the first point of contact
• Building and nurturing relationships with leading DeFi projects
• Qualifying existing business development opportunities and moving them over the finish line
• Collaborating closely with the business development and marketing teams on new growth strategies

Requirements

Our ideal candidate has:

• At least 2 years of experience within a B2B DeFi company
• Experience selling technical DeFi solutions
• Native familiarity with using DeFi protocols on a daily/weekly basis
• Solid knowledge of DeFi/finance concepts such as impermanent loss, Uniswap v3, LVR, deep liquidity, arbitrage, and MEV
• A proven track record of managing partnerships, closing deals, and exceeding revenue goals
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with ambitious targets
• Excellent communication skills and a natural aptitude for sales
• Well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive personality
