Role Overview

Our DeFi Labs team, known for their esteemed curation of lending and borrowing vaults, is expanding rapidly. We need an analyst to provide essential support, contributing significantly to research, client onboarding, and management. This role offers meaningful exposure to four crucial areas: business development, marketing, account management, and operations.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with pioneering teams worldwide, playing a pivotal role in supporting Re7 Labs and our clients to achieve their shared objectives. Responsibilities

Business Development & Marketing

• Engage closely with internal stakeholders, DeFi partners, and clients to build requirements for new business ventures.
• Research the DeFi landscape to identify potential new clients & partners by monitoring project and platform updates.
• Identify and assess new yield-enhancing opportunities.
• Organize and prioritize inbound leads.
• Scan news and social media, synthesizing information into opportunities.
• Draft content for Twitter and Substack posts.

Account Management

• Regularly follow up with existing clients and potential prospects on news and opportunities.
• Facilitate new client and partner onboarding processes.

Operations

• Plan and recommend transactions.
• Monitor and maintain performance across the portfolio and various platforms.
• Execute platform transactions (e.g., setup, exit, allocations, rebalancing, limit adjustments).
• Collaborate with Re7 Technology and DeFi teams to explore, define, and support automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience working in the crypto industry.
• Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
• Ability to consistently operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• University graduate.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas clearly and concisely.
