Who We Are Looking For

Our Business Development Manager will be essential in building and managing the complete sales cycle in business development. This includes analyzing and identifying opportunities, as well as rewarding partners. The business development approach at P2P.org is grounded in the proactive efforts of every BDM in collaboration with the product, legal, and research teams. You need to be persistent in your drive to close a deal, curious, and inventive in achieving results.

You Will

  • Conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products in the U.S.
  • Engage clients such as various funds (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs, etc.), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proactively identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, understand and address their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead and manage deals, coordinating independently with relevant departments—product, legal, and research—to ensure seamless deal closure.
  • Oversee the entire deal cycle, from initial cold outreach to contract signing and payment receipt.

You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech or finance environments.
  • Proven track record of closing significant deals (around $1 million+ USD).
  • Comfort with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders, achieving successful outcomes.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies.
  • Highly self-organized and disciplined work ethic.
  • Ability to maintain a high work tempo.
