About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with substantial sales experience eager to develop skills in the digital assets sector. You will play a pivotal role in advancing our sales efforts, forging relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our overall growth strategy. This represents an exciting opportunity for those with a keen interest in digital assets, seeking to broaden their experience in institutional sales within a dynamic web3/crypto environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new sales opportunities through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Conduct comprehensive research to understand potential clients’ needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales pipeline efficiently
  • Collaborate with the current sales team and other functions to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments to position our services competitively in the market

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the digital assets or fintech sector
  • Experience in a results-driven or sales environment
  • Ability to perform both individually and as part of a high-performing team
  • High energy, passion, and enjoyment of being challenged
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM application is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Preferably some exposure to a start-up environment or a passion for working in a start-up
