About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our US regional sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate and self-motivated, able to work independently in the region while collaborating closely with our global team based in the UK. A deep understanding of blockchain technology and established regional relationships are crucial.

This opportunity suits someone with a strong interest in digital assets, looking to gain comprehensive experience in institutional sales within the rapidly evolving web3/crypto market.

What You Will Contribute:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities across various client types via diverse channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Drive business from existing and new clients, achieving revenue growth from the client portfolio.
  • Develop lasting, mutually beneficial, service-led relationships with all clients.
  • Enhance Twinstake’s visibility and brand recognition in North America.
  • Gather product feedback from clients and share insights with the Product team.
  • Perform thorough research to understand potential clients’ needs and customize sales approaches.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to craft and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues swiftly.
  • Stay well-informed about industry trends to effectively position our services in the market.

What You Bring:

  • Solid experience in Blockchain / DeFi / Web3, with technical understanding of various protocols and staking.
  • Strong network of relationships with clients across VCs, asset managers, exchanges, family offices, etc.
  • Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners.
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills and the ability to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Experience in a results-driven or sales environment.
  • Capability to perform individually as well as part of a high-performing team.
  • High energy, passion, and appreciation for challenges.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM software is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Exposure to working in a start-up environment or a strong desire to do so.
