Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Operations to support operations across all our innovative projects. Your mission is to build and shape a high-performing Operations team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while nurturing a collaborative and purpose-driven culture. You will establish transparent north star metrics, set and track goals, and devise short-term strategies for success, cultivating an environment where individual talents and team potential thrive. Additionally, you’ll streamline processes and drive data-guided decision-making, guiding the team to focus on what truly matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement long-term operational strategies.
• Oversee and ensure smooth execution of daily business operations.
• Elevate workflows and boost overall process efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and manage organizational policies to ensure compliance and alignment with business goals.
• Lead the team, ensuring positive experiences and maximizing potential.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in establishing and leading an operations team.
• Proven expertise in Operations, particularly in process optimization, business operations, and company policies.
• Understanding of the principles of self-organized teams and role-based work.
• Business acumen and technical proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving.
